  • Manage multiple complex Web application projects for this major entertainment organization.   This includes project planning, scope identification, requirements, risk analysis, tasks breakdown, schedule and issues management, implementation and deployment planning.  The applications use a variety of technologies (Microsoft .Net, Java, XML) and integrate with TeamSite content management server as well as SharePoint server applications.

Business Analyst / Project Manager

  • Performed business analysis as key contributor to a core team guiding the conceptualization and development of a Web enterprise-wide system for this major utility organization.    This included development of requirements, business cases, configuration management plans, cross-platform integration plans and risk analyses.   The project’s purpose was to provide optimal environments for web/n-tier business solutions delivery using a vertical integration of Microsoft .Net, IBM WebSphere, and Notes Domino platforms.

 

   Transamerica Insurance, Los Angeles, CA   (Technical Analyst - contract)   (3/02 – 10/02)

  • Pioneered the systems documentation effort for this leading insurance institution’s e-Business Department.   Created and developed a complete SDLC methodology plan based on RUP.  Performed technical and business analysis for Web e-business applications developed with Microsoft .Net technology.   This included XML analysis.  Using UML, developed process flows, use cases, technical requirements, technical architecture definitions, data models and object models.
  • Contributed to the successful internal software audit rating of the Department by providing an exemplary SDLC methodology  which was then adopted as the Department’s standard.    Conducted staff training.

 

Citigroup,  Marina Del Rey, CA   (11/00 – 8/02)
